A fundamental knowledge of file management on the web server and a beginners level of PERL is expected.
If your skill level in PERL is basic (or better) you'll find that WODA is very easy to use.
We encourage WODA users who do not know PERL to go to the library or bookshop and obtain a beginners guide to PERL. Your efforts will be rewarded.
